NABERU.APP User Agreement and License

1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use of the NABERU.APP service ("the Site"), the rights and obligations of users and the administration.
1.2. Using the Site, registering or accessing its features constitutes full user consent to this Agreement.
1.3. The administration has the right to update or modify the Agreement at any time. The current version is always available on the Site.
2. Platform status
2.1. The Site is an information platform for placing and viewing user content and listings.
2.2. The Site is not a party to agreements between users and does not participate in interactions between them.
2.3. All materials on the Site are created and published by users independently.
3. Account
3.1. To access Site functionality, a user may create an account.
3.2. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3.3. The administration has the right to restrict or terminate account access in case of rule violations or suspicious activity.
4. Site use
4.1. The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable law of Ukraine and these rules.
4.2. The following is prohibited:
- posting illegal or misleading content;
- infringing on the rights of third parties;
- using the Site for fraudulent or harmful actions;
- spam or automated mass actions without permission;
- other activity that may disrupt the Site or the rights of other users.
5. Content placement
5.1. All materials may be moderated before or after publication.
5.2. The administration has the right to:
- restrict or remove content that violates the rules;
- edit or hide publications;
- temporarily or fully restrict access to Site features.
6. Paid services
6.1. Certain Site features may be provided on a paid basis.
6.2. Payment confirms the order of a digital service and does not guarantee results that depend on the activity of other users.
6.3. Refunds are possible only in cases of technical error or double charging, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Verification
7.1. Some features may require additional account verification.
7.2. Data provided for verification is used solely to ensure security and operation of the platform.
7.3. The administration reserves the right to decline verification or restrict access to features in case of non-compliance.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2. We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties, except in cases required by law or necessary for the service to operate.
9. Responsibility
9.1. The user is responsible for the content they publish on the Site.
9.2. The Site is not a party to any arrangements between users.
9.3. The administration does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or reliability of information posted by users.
10. Complaints and restrictions
10.1. Complaints are considered individually within a reasonable time.
10.2. The administration has the right to restrict account or Site feature access in case of rule violations or suspicious activity.
10.3. Administration decisions regarding moderation and Site access are final within the platform's internal rules.
11. Final provisions
11.1. By using the Site, the user agrees to all terms of this Agreement.
11.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations or by contacting the administration.
11.3. If any provision of the Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
